All the necessary information must be provided at least 7 working days in advance. - Hour(s) spent for the meeting beforehand counts as working hours of interpretation.
- Fees for accommodation, transportation and foods will be charged separately.
- For service fee under $500 or less, 100% of pre-payment should be made.
For service fee over $500 or more, 50% of pre-payment, 50% of payment after the event. - Refund Policy: If cancels before 5-days 100%, 3-days 50%, 1-day 30% will be refunded.
Cacellation on the day of interpretation will not be refundable. - Additional discounts and free gift that is customized by NST will be provided to regular clients.
